x70

I founded x70 in 2024 as my personal brand and design-driven web agency. It is the shell I use to design, build, and fully manage websites for local businesses — and the network of products, tools, and experiments that sit around that work.

Agency Snapshot

Client work is design-driven and fully managed — pre-built bespoke layouts on a fast edge stack, so owners can focus on running the business.

The Ecosystem

Beyond client sites, x70 is a family of sibling properties that share brand, infrastructure, and design language — from the agency homepage to this portfolio, product marketing, utilities, and the design system CDN.

What I Built

  • Ran the agency end-to-end: positioning, proposals, delivery, and ongoing site management.
  • Designed and shipped the multi-site ecosystem — App, Portfolio, Links, Boop, Skirack, Social, Design, and Tools — with a shared visual system and stack.
  • Built product surfaces like Boop (local-first iPhone utility + support site), the Ski Bike Rack marketing site, and the Social platform (marketing + dashboard).
  • Maintained a centralized brand CDN and design guidelines so every property stays consistent without duplicated assets.
  • Shipped privacy-first browser tools that run locally, plus internal admin tooling for content and operations.

Stack & Approach

Most of the network runs on Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Vercel, with Convex, Better Auth, and the Vercel AI SDK where products need realtime data, auth, or assistants. The through-line is the same: performance, accessibility, and a coherent brand across every subdomain.

What I Learned

Building an agency and an ecosystem in parallel taught me how to keep client delivery sharp while still investing in reusable infrastructure — shared design tokens, deployment patterns, and content systems that make the next site faster to ship than the last.
